Most of us think  that auction sales are limited to one method, not true.  Real Estate by auction offers three methods, allowing you to select the method that makes the most sense for your property.


ABSOLUTE AUCTION
     The property is sold regardless of the price. Absolute auctions send a strong
     signal to the bidders that the property will sell. This method encourages more
     biding which results in the property selling at true market value. 


RESERVE
     The high bid for the property represents an offer to buy, which the seller
      may accept or reject. The seller controls the ultimate outcome of the sale. 
MINIMUM BID


     This method combines the two methods. The auction is absolute to the
     highest bidder, subject to an advertised minimum bid. 
As seller, you, set an acceptable minimum bid
     reducing downside risk but with the psychological advantage of the absolute auction.
